Do you have a reserve list?
Yes we do. Please click here to head over to this section.
How does the waiting list work?
We like to get to know you before adding you to our waiting list. If we feel you would be suited to a pup we would take your contact details and keep you informed of any updates. You can
contact us here.
How can I reserve a puppy?
To reserve a puppy on any upcoming litter requires a £350 deposit, this includes filling out a reservation form. Each new owners puppy will be chosen in order of deposit received. Deposits are non refundable (unless a puppy cannot be provided.) If an unexpected commitment comes up, as this does happen from time to time, the deposit will automatically be placed on a future litter only if there is one.
Do you provide pupdates?
Once a deposit is placed we provide our new owners with pupdates, these include pictures, videos, and video calls if you prefer. We also make posts on social media for all to share in the joy of watching the puppies grow.
Is colour important?
Many people do like to choose a puppy based on colour. Over the years our family has had dogs of many different colours. But what’s much more important in a dog/pup is personality, temperament, and health. Along the way we can tell you what each pup is like.
Can we view the parents?
Both of our adult female dogs live with us. So you will always be able to view the mum of the litter. We provide the details of the stud dog owner if you would ever like to get in contact with them. We provide photos of the dad as well as the dad’s paperwork on collection day.
When can we visit our puppy?
Visits take place at around 5 weeks. It’s very important during the visit to make sure your hands and clothes are clean when handling your puppy, and shoes must be removed on entry. Hand gel will be provided. This is for the health of all pups.
Do I need to bring anything when I visit my puppy?
We have found it’s beneficial to bring something from your home. This could be a suitable dog toy, or a blanket. This will get your puppy used to your smell before they go to their new home. We have found new puppies settle a bit better this way. This of course is your personal choice but is highly recommended.
What do I need before collecting my puppy?
Please message us and we can provide a full list of essentials and other items that you may like to consider getting before collecting your puppy.

What type of food should I buy?
We will provide you with a starer supply of the food the puppy’s are on. We provide details of this food and why we use it. If you prefer to change the food this must be done slowly and we encourage you to seek veterinary advice.
Do I need to register at a vets?
Yes, we recommend you register with your preferred vets practice. It would be ideal to do this before collection day if possible.
Do I need pet insurance?
Your puppy will come with 4 weeks free pet insurance. We recommend you choosing appropriate insurance for your puppy at the end of this period. This insurance will cover your pet if they become ill or injured.
How is payment made?
Payment is preferable by bank transfer but can also be made by card, using card machine. We do not accept Amex at this time.
